WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer shipping through DPD. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
TURNAROUND
Turnaround from your order to completion is usually within 14 Days, although at busy times this could be up to 30 Days. Once your order is complete, shipping takes place.
SHIPPING TIMES AND FEES
Free Shipping: 2 – 3 Days
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping through our shopping cart website. Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to countries outside of the United Kingdom. However if you are in a country outside of the UK, and wish to buy one of the products on the website, please contact us for an international shipping quotation, and to see if we can ship to your country. Processing your order will be done through invoice.
Please note: there are some countries that we cannot, or won’t ship to. Lead times and shipping times may vary from country to country.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
