All of our Print Products are available with FREE Next Working Day Delivery to the UK Mainland through DPD. Manufacturing times may vary depending on the product you order. If you require an update on your order, please contact us on 01472350565 or email sales@theredarrows.co.uk

If your order is time critical, we may be able to fast track to suit your timescales. Saturday Delivery is also available in some circumstances, depending on how quickly we are able to manufacture your product. So please contact us in this instance to see if we can help. note: Fast Tracking and Saturday Delivery may carry an extra cost which may vary depending on the quantity and the product.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Print Errors and Issues

Due to the nature of print, we review returns on a case by case basis. We will discuss with you, your reasons for returning your item.

Where there are clear print errors or issues, we will look towards resolving this in the best way possible. This may lead to a re-print or a refund, depending on which is the most suitable.

If we do not require you to return your printed items, we will let you know.

Where there are clear print errors or issues, we may ask you to send samples, photos or scans depending on the print error or issue. We will then assess the print error or issue and let you know our findings.

If the print error or issue has been made by us, we will seek to correct it.

If the print error or issue has been made by you, we will discuss with you our findings, and make suggestions on how to correct it.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

Your item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or banking policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a refund due to us not being able to resolve print errors or issues made by us, we will refund your shipping costs.
